The two-bedroom holiday home was spacious and comfortable. The location offered a pleasant walk to nearby attractions. While I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, a lack of amenities diminished the overall experience.

Great staff and really good lodge. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and cookware was lacking.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hot tub needed a little TLC before we could use it, but once we got settled, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and cozy evenings by the fire. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't stop us from having a great time! 😊

The location provided easy access to the nearby town. Although my past visits were enjoyable, this recent stay brought unexpected challenges, such as cleanliness issues and inadequate facilities. On the bright side, the cream cakes were good and added a sweet touch during my time there.

The lodge we got was really good, extra but worth every penny. Tina and Alan were just awesome.

The dining scene is a right treat! Hawes Pizzas had us drooling over the doughy goodness and Herriot's Kitchen served up good local fare. Absolutely loved the laid-back ambiance of the White Hart Country Inn. A proper gem in the village. Plus, location-wise, you can't beat being a hop away from Hawes amenities!

Had a bit of bother with the misleading info on jacuzzi access. The hooks in the bathroom were way too high, and the door jammed.

The hot tub wasn't usable, but the staff moved us to a better pod after we raised safety concerns.

Hooks in the bathroom are set too high for convenience, leaving nowhere to place shower items. The entrance door had issues closing initially, which took a few days to resolve. These details detract from what could have been a more enjoyable experience, especially considering the high price point.
